Introduce
The machine includes a bed, a column, a cross slide, a table, a headstock, and six support horns are placed under the bed to secure the machine.Each casting of the machine tool adopts a box-shaped structure and a hard cast iron material. The column is fixed on the bed body, and a Z-axis linear guide is added on the column, and the spindle box moves up and down along the Z-axis linear guide. A Y-axis linear guide is attached to the bed, and the cross slide moves forward and backward along the Y-axis linear guide. The table moves to the left and right along the X-axis linear guide mounted on the cross slide.
The bucket magazine, lubrication system and pneumatic control system are mounted on the left side of the column, and the electrical control equipment is mounted on the bracket at the right rear of the bed. The overall machine tool is compact and well arranged.
